natani design  is a fresh, diverse new residential building design business located in Noosa on the Sunshine Coast.  We specialise in custom residential building design for exclusive new homes, renovations, additions & alterations. We offer a full range of affordable services in design, drafting and some engineering. We can create 3D modelling & renders to give you a realistic image of your future home. We are versatile and flexible and our goal is to meet your individual lifestyle needs, ideas and desires while working within your budget and site location. We strongly believe in sustainable eco friendly design. We design to ensure your home will harmonise with the environment to provide a comfortable living space while being energy efficient without compromising aesthetics.

Nathan Kenzler has worked in the residential building industry for over 15 years. Nathan graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in 1998 with a Bachelor of Civil (Structural) Engineering and worked as a Structural Engineer for five years in Australia and overseas. When returning to his beloved home town of Noosa in 2004, Nathan embarked on an exciting new direction in his career by exploring and immersing himself within the creative world of design. Nathan’s background, experience and qualifications in Structural Engineering has proven invaluable, relevant and extremely useful during the designing process.

Nathan has worked for Paul Clout Design for the past nine years as his Senior Draftsman and Office Manager, working on award winning resort style homes.

During that time Nathan also worked on his own design and drafting services, working with builders and clients both here in Qld and in WA. Some of these designs were more affordable/ smaller budget projects, proving his versatility in meeting each individual client’s needs and budgets. In 2012 Nathan obtained his own Queensland Building Designer licence and natani design was launched. Nathan is currently working on projects with Kernohan Constructions, Chris Smith Constructions and Darren Magee Constructions and also has great rapport with other award winning builders and consultants on the Sunshine Coast.
